🧬Manufacturing & Operations

You work hands-on in the cleanroom with living cells, following well-defined procedures step by step. You prepare media and follow each step of the production process with care and precision. 

🧪 Quality Control & Assurance

Working in a role with clear procedures and a strong focus on consistency, you verify that everything we produce meets the highest standards. From testing raw materials and in-process samples to reviewing batch records and supporting release, your work makes sure nothing leaves our site unchecked. 

⚙️ Engineering & Technical Support

You support the day-to-day reliability of our equipment and technical systems. By carrying out checks, follow-up tasks and maintenance support, you help keep production running smoothly.  

📁 Project & Process Management

You bring people, tools and systems together across teams. By keeping processes, documentation and follow-up well organised, and ensuring workflows are clear, you help keep day-to-day operations on track.

To thrive here, you’ll need: 

✔️ A bachelor’s degree as highest level of education in biotechnology, sciences, (bio)engineering, pharmacy or another technical field  

✔️ A strong sense of quality and attention to detail  

✔️ A hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn  

✔️ The ability to work independently and as part of a team  

✔️ Fluency in English. Dutch is a plus for some roles
