This is a permanent Monday to Friday position, working on a rotating two-week shift pattern: 08:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00. The role offers a salary of up to £29,870 per annum, with an additional shift premium of £1,326.00 applicable when working the rotating schedule.
✔️ Manage operational processes and oversee a designated warehouse area
✔️ Plan labor, equipment, and activities for each shift
✔️ Ensure adherence to safe working practices and foster a safe working culture
✔️ Proactively identify and resolve problems to minimize service disruptions
✔️ Communicate regularly with the team, providing feedback and celebrating successes
✔️ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or business management is a plus.
✔️ **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindset, and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
✔️ **Hard Skills:** Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of health and safety regulations.
✔️ **Additional Skills:** Ability to adapt to changing environments, strategic thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
