This is a full-time, fixed-term role (until 15th Febraury 2026) operating on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, with fixed working hours from 06:00 to 18:00 or 18:00 to 06:00 and an annual salary up to £31,844.27.
✔️ Oversee operational processes and manage people in a designated warehouse area
✔️ Plan and allocate labor, equipment, and activities for each shift
✔️ Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize service disruption
✔️ Foster a positive working environment through regular communication and feedback
✔️ Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and training as needed
✔️ **Experience**: Experience as a Warehouse Administrator or Logistics Coordinator is highly preferred; training and support are available for the right candidate.
