Supervisor Logistics at Bleckmann

✔️ Lead the day-to-day operations on either the early or late shift, ensuring departmental targets for productivity and service are met

✔️ Coach and manage Team Leader(s) and warehouse employees to maintain performance, quality, and strong team collaboration

✔️ Monitor KPIs, analyze department results, and propose improvements based on customer satisfaction and operational insights

✔️ Reduce errors and shorten lead times by tightening processes, controlling execution, and addressing issues quickly

✔️ Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication, continuous process improvement, and accurate reporting to the Operation Manager

✔️ Education & thinking level: Bachelor’s or Master’s (or equivalent) working and thinking level.

✔️ Experience & leadership: Demonstrable experience managing large groups; strong leadership with coaching, training, and motivating skills.

✔️ Logistics & systems: Good knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse management systems (WMS).

✔️ Analytical & performance mindset: Decisive problem-solving and strong analytical skills to improve productivity, minimize errors, and shorten lead times.

✔️ Communication & tools: Excellent Dutch and English (verbal and written), strong communication skills, and good Microsoft Office knowledge; flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work overtime when needed.
