Education:
✔ You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as science, bioengineering, pharmacy, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or possess equivalent experience.

Experience:
✔ You have experience in Production, Quality Control, or Maintenance within a GMP or ATMP environment in pharma or biotech.
✔ You either have initial leadership experience or a strong ambition to grow into a people management role.

Languages:
✔ You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
✔ Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
