✔️ Oversee and manage the logistics team to ensure efficient and effective order fulfillment.
✔️ Coordinate daily operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
✔️ Monitor and optimize workflow to meet performance targets and customer satisfaction.
✔️ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
✔️ Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the supply chain process promptly and effectively.
✔️ No specific educational requirements; however, a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
✔️ 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔️ Proficiency in IT and logistics software systems.
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
✔️ Flexibility to work a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, including 12-hour day and night shifts.
