What will you do as a Service Delivery Employee?
āļø Maintain relationships with customers/carriers and ensure SLA agreements are met
āļø Identify and analyze bottlenecks, providing advice on solutions and improvement proposals
āļø Create and translate transport SLA reports into actions for process improvement
āļø Intervene in the event of non-deliveries, damage, claims, and provide advice
āļø Daily management of contacts with customers and operations
āļø Monitor daily administration using warehouse management systems
āļø Provide administration for all incoming and outgoing goods, including customs documentation
