Sales Representative Open Field Vegetables at AJ-Agro-Grup | Enza Zaden Vegetable Seeds

✔️ Visit and maintain contacts with existing and potential producers (growers and key customers in the vegetables sector) 🚛

✔️ Conduct sales talks and provide product information 🗣️

✔️ Monitor and supervise the nursing of Enza varieties by young plant nurseries and advise where necessary 🔍

✔️ Contribute to the preparation of sales and marketing budgets for the work area 💼

✔️ Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager of Enza Zaden and report to the General Manager of AJ-Agro-Grup 🤝

✔️ Bachelor or Master Degree in agriculture or horticulture 🎓

✔️ At least 2-5 years commercial experience in the horticultural sector 💼

✔️ Native Romanian and (at least) communicative English 🌐

✔️ Driving license cat. B and readiness to frequent travelling across Romania 🚗

✔️ Ability to work independently and methodically 🧩

✔️ Very good communication and negotiating skills 

✔️ Team player mentality, able to work in cross-functional teams 🤝
