Sales Engineer at Hilti

✔️ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

✔️ Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Hilti solutions.

✔️ Collaborate with the Account Managers to align client needs with innovative solutions.

✔️ Conduct regular site visits and consultations to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.

✔️ Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement and growth.

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
✔️ 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction or engineering industry
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ You are fluent in French and English, and German would be a plus
✔️ Ability to build and maintain client relationships

✔️ Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving industry
