Iristick is a tech start-up 💡 specialised in making smart glasses with augmented reality to support enterprises in their digital transformation: remote assistance, pick-by-vision and work flow guidance. At the moment we have a team of 15 unique individuals, where you as our new Business Developer will focus entirely on sales & project management.

  • You will be responsible for leading (pilot) projects and putting your shoulders to the wheel on all running projects

What does Iristick expect of you as a Sales & Business Developer?

  • minimum Bachelor’s, ideally Master’s in Economics or a technical degree (STEM).. and +5 years of experience (In an international environment? Check!)
  • Your 🇬🇧 is impeccable, Dutch/French/German is a big bonus
  • You have experience with indirect sales channels and B2B (industry) partnerships
  • You’re familiar with all relevant sales CRM and Analytics tools
  • We expect a solid understanding of one of the following segments: Oil & Gas, Industrial Maintenance/manufacturing or Logistics 🚚
  • Background in sales is amazing, background in project management is even better!
  • Traveling is a passion of yours, you’ll travel at least 25% in the EU, and 1-2 times a year to the US 🗽
