✔️ Overseeing the management of R&D projects from initial concept through to launch ⏱️

✔️ Keeping up to date with industry trends, consumer insights and market developments to ensure our flavours stay competitive and appealing 🌍

✔️ A Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.

✔️ Proven experience of 6-10 years in the Research & Development sector within the food and beverage industry.

✔️ Strong knowledge of flavour science and technology.

✔️ Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus.

✔️ A creative and innovative mindset towards developing new flavours and improving existing ones. 🍓🍋🍫
