Project manager at sympl

✔️ Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of projects with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams

✔️ Track timelines, risks, and priorities, and keep stakeholders aligned with clear updates

✔️ Manage tasks in Jira/Asana (or similar), ensuring work is properly scoped, assigned, and progressing

✔️ Support the launch of improvements in our SaaS platform and our ad-targeting workflows, from planning to follow-up

✔️ Gather requirements from internal teams and translate them into actionable plans and measurable outcomes

✔️ 0–2 years of experience in project coordination / project management (or a comparable role), with strong interest in SaaS and marketing/sales processes

✔️ Education in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

✔️ Ability to plan, prioritize, and track deliverables end-to-end, using tools like Jira/Confluence or similar

✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (clear updates, proactive risk/issue spotting, structured handovers)

✔️ A hands-on, data-curious mindset with basic analytical thinking to support planning and decision-making
