✔️ Move stock through the distribution centre from goods receipt to dispatch
✔️ Operate MHE safely and efficiently, following site procedures and safe systems of work
✔️ Carry out pre-use equipment checks and report any defects or maintenance issues
✔️ Support warehouse tasks such as storage, replenishment, picking, and dispatch
✔️ Follow health and safety standards, identify hazards, and help maintain a safe working environment
✔️ Valid MHE licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)
✔️ Experience or strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution centre processes
✔️ Good knowledge of health and safety practices in a warehouse environment
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Flexible approach to working hours, rotating shifts, and changing workloads
✔️ High attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Personal responsibility, ownership of tasks, and a proactive mindset
✔️ Willingness to follow safe systems of work, pre-use checks, and ongoing training requirements
✔️ No specific education level is stated, but relevant MHE/warehouse training or experience is expected
✔️ £14.69 per hour, plus an additional £3,900 annual shift allowance
✔️ 33 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays
