What will you do as a Key Account Manager?

✔️ Own and grow key customer accounts: build strong relationships, run regular business reviews, and keep stakeholders aligned

✔️ Drive commercial performance: negotiate listings, pricing and promotions, and deliver volume, revenue and margin targets

✔️ Execute joint business plans: align on category strategy, promotional calendars and activation plans with customers

What does Paulig expect of you as a Key Account Manager?

✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing

✔️ Experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles—ideally in FMCG/food & beverage and/or working with retail or foodservice customers

✔️ Strong commercial skills: negotiation, pricing and promo management, category/market insights, and building joint business plans with customers

✔️ Confident, proactive communicator with high ownership—able to build long-term partnerships, influence stakeholders, and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment
