✔️ Co-integrate SHE strategies into local operations and ensure alignment with corporate goals 🏢
✔️ Drive initiatives to improve SHE maturity and compliance at Belgium and France sites 📈
✔️ Serve as the primary point of contact for SHE-related inquiries and issues 📞
✔️ Promote knowledge sharing and inspire best practices across sites 💡
✔️ Monitor compliance issues and support the development of mitigation plans to address identified risks ⚖️
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field 🎓
✔️ 8+ years of experience as a SHE professional, preferably in an industrial environment 💼
✔️ Certification in safety management and environmental management is preferred 📜
✔️ Charismatic and diplomatic, with strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
✔️ Fluent in Dutch, English, and French 🌐
