What will be your key responsibilities?

✔️ Identify, develop, and expand direct customer relationships with mills, crushers, food processors, feed manufacturers, and biofuel companies 🤝

✔️ Create and execute a sales strategy for specialty grains, focusing on long-term supply agreements 📊

✔️ Build and nurture new demand channels by understanding customer needs in sustainability and product specifications 🌍

✔️ Lead price negotiations, contract terms, and volume planning 💼

✔️ Cooperate with the Agro team to ensure alignment of purchase and sales, and provide feedback for product development 🌟

Who are we looking for?

Ambitious Sales Manager with deep understanding of agricultural & food commodities market 

✔️ Higher education, preferably related to agri and food business 🎓

✔️ 2–5+ years of experience in grain sales, commodity merchandising, ingredient sales, or B2B food/agri-supply management, with a strong network in the food or feed industry 🌾

✔️ Strong knowledge of grain markets, quality specifications, and industrial processing requirements 📈

✔️ Familiarity with sustainable agriculture, low-carbon supply chains, or regenerative farming is a strong advantage 🌱

✔️ Fluency in Polish and English 🌐
