What will be your key responsibilities?
✔️ Identify, develop, and expand direct customer relationships with mills, crushers, food processors, feed manufacturers, and biofuel companies 🤝
✔️ Create and execute a sales strategy for specialty grains, focusing on long-term supply agreements 📊
✔️ Build and nurture new demand channels by understanding customer needs in sustainability and product specifications 🌍
✔️ Lead price negotiations, contract terms, and volume planning 💼
✔️ Cooperate with the Agro team to ensure alignment of purchase and sales, and provide feedback for product development 🌟
