What will you do as a Customer Success Manager?

✔️ You guide HR teams from “Where do we start?” to “Oh wow, this is brilliant!", all inside the sympl software.

✔️ You tidy up the pre-sales handover and onboard customers so well they wonder why other software isn’t this easy

✔️ You spot customer needs early, tackle challenges before they grow and keep engagement on track (= the golden mix to strong retention)

✔️ You make renewals and upsells feel natural, so customers clearly feel how it strengthens their recruitment 📈

✔️ You’re the first ear to our users, sharing feedback with the product team so sympl gets better every day

What does sympl expect of you as a Customer Success Manager?

✔️ Master's degree or equivalent through experience

✔️ +5 years of experience in Customer Success, HR Management, Operations or Account Management

✔️ You run your customer portfolio like a mini-business: you prioritise wisely, think commercially and take ownership (without needing a babysitter)

✔️ You write and speak English and Dutch fluently and explain software like it’s the simplest thing ever

✔️ You’re data-driven and comfortable with tools (Active Campaign, Intercom,...) & dashboards. You know tracking is where the magic starts 💫
