What will you do as a Commercial Controller?

✔️ Analyze commercial performance across volume, revenue, sales prices, product mix, customer mix, regions, market segments, sales channels, and contribution margins.

✔️ Monitor sales margins, identify deviations, and discuss risks and opportunities with Sales, Finance, and the General Manager.

✔️ Explain variances versus budget, forecast, prior year, and standard cost, and translate findings into clear conclusions and recommendations.

✔️ Support pricing decisions through analyses of price levels, margin impact, raw material developments, customer agreements, discounts, and commercial initiatives.

✔️ Analyze commercial costs, including transportation costs, rebates, commissions, claims, bonuses, and sales-related accruals.

✔️ Coordinate the annual sales budget and periodic sales forecasting process.

✔️ Develop and improve commercial reporting, dashboards, and analyses for Sales, Controlling, and divisional management.

✔️ Spend approximately 25% of your time on strategic projects such as margin improvement, commercial process optimization, pricing governance, business cases, integration projects, and performance improvement initiatives.

What does Beaulieu expect of you as a Commercial Controller?

✔️ You hold a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.

✔️ You have at least 3 years experience in Controlling, External Audit or FP&A, preferably within an industrial or international manufacturing environment.

✔️ You are an advanced Excel user and have experience with Power BI. 

✔️ You combine strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset and can translate financial insights into concrete actions.

✔️ You work in a structured and accurate way, take ownership, build trust with stakeholders, and confidently challenge decisions based on facts.

✔️ You can explain complex analyses clearly to non-financial stakeholders and present recommendations in a convincing and accessible manner.

✔️ You communicate fluently in English.
