Commercial and Distribution Director at Aviagen Turkeys

✔️ Lead and manage the commercial growth for Aviagen Turkeys Ltd (ATL) selling turkey parent breeding day old stock in Europe and surrounding countries 📈 

✔️ Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global company objectives 🗺️

✔️ Identify and secure new business opportunities with key customers and strategic distribution partners 🏢

✔️ Negotiate commercial agreements with key accounts (integrators and distributors), and manage yearly contracts and pricing frameworks 📜

✔️ Work closely with the R&D Director and Technical Service Team to ensure delivery of best-in-class customer service 🔬

A sales driven poultry sector specialist with strong strategic skills and readiness for frequent travelling.  

✔️ Higher degree, preferably in agribusiness

✔️ At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in the poultry industry in the European region

✔️ Experience with building distribution networks or channel partnerships is a strong asset

✔️ Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is an asset

✔️ Prepared for frequent national and international travelling (including regular visits within the EU and HQ in Chester, UK)
