✔️ **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with our Belgian headquarters, the North American team, and dealers to align on goals, share insights, and drive collaborative initiatives.

✔️ **Reporting & Analysis**: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and key performance indicators to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

What does ARDIS expect of you as a Business Development Manager - North America?

✔️ **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field** – A solid educational foundation to navigate the complexities of business development and sales. A Master's degree can be an asset.

✔️ **At least some years of experience** in business development, sales, or a related role – Proven experience to hit the ground running and drive growth in North America.

✔️ **Strong communication and negotiation skills** – Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams and close deals that benefit both the company and clients.

✔️ **Ability to travel frequently** – Flexibility to travel across North America to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities.
